Life as we know it is a process of perpetual change where all of us are hoping to thrive, yet it is common for many of us to feel overly burdened with just trying to survive. With all of the exciting and positive change that we are willing and able to encounter, it is still common for most of us to encounter episodes of undesired change without a clear understanding of what is happening let alone how we might change it for the better. Perhaps it is a strained relationship with your partner or being a part of a family that seems constantly out of control and at war with itself. You may have come across this site because you are familiar with a feeling of dissatisfaction concerning your present situation and you are in the process of exploring new possibilities that will provide insight and illuminate unrecognized opportunities in your own life. Or perhaps you have come across this site becuase you are interested in taking your already rewarding life and relationships to new levels of success.

My services as a therapist are to essentially act as a resource of support, facilitation, and insight that helps expedite this process of positive change for my clients. My areas of specialization are with couples and families as well as facilitating personal growth on an individual basis. I also offer premarital counseling programs for those couples interested in taking a proactive approach toward their future together.
