Individual Therapy I work with adult clients of all ages to navigate life’s obstacles, whether it be a rocky transition, a negative event experienced, or a diagnosed mental health or medical condition. We all experience struggles within our lives and sometimes we need a little help to move forward and find our way through life’s challenges. I work with clients individually to help them make meaningful change that is consistent with their values.
My specialities include:
- chronic pain management
- trauma-related conditions (e.g. posttraumatic stress disorder)
- depression
- anxiety
- life transitions or stressors
I offer therapies that are supported by research and grounded in psychological theory. I am trained in the following evidenced based psychotherapies: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (including Behavioral Activation, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (including mindfulness-based strategies), and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
Services are offered in-person or via tele-health. If interested in tele-health, I am able to provide these services to those located in Oregon and Washington, the two states I am licensed.
Professional Consultation I provide consultation for licensed mental health providers. I have 10 years of experience providing clinical supervision, training, and consultation to a variety of mental health disciplines at all experience levels, from graduate school to licensed, established professionals. I offer consultation for those interested in learning or refining their skill in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for chronic pain management, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and/or Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. When time allows, I also offer postdoctoral supervision for those interested in pursuing psychologist licensure.
